Prices are fair & reasonable & good value for customers. API provides transportation with a safe driver to bring you to work or home & back if needed.. I have been using API for the last few years and I am so grateful for their flexibility and help! The shuttle service is a huge help so I never worry about getting to work. Ed is my "car guy" and I trust anything he recommends. He only helps to fix what really needs to be fixed. Thanks to API for keeping my car on the road and my kiddos safe!

I had the absolute privilege of going by API this past week. I was trying to find someone who could resurface my rotors. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle told me the rotors needed to be resurfaced because of some rust. I met up with Randy Fox, and after his inspection, he said, "I’m glad you came here." You don’t need resurfacing on these rotors; they’re perfectly fine. This little bit of rust on them does not affect how these rotors will work on your vehicle. He cleaned them up for me and sent me on my way. I’m sure that if I’d gone to any other location, they wouldn’t have even bothered to evaluate them; they would’ve resurface them, charge me the money that didn’t need to be charged, and do work that didn’t need to be done. Thank you, Randy, for your honesty. I really appreciate it. You have earned my trust for the future. I suggest, if you have work to be done and you don’t know who to trust, go check out the honest guys and Randy at API!

Will do work you asked them not to do and then charge you for it. I brought in my 2010 Santa Fe fir much needed suspension work before a long car ride. They did a fine job with that, no complaints. But when setting up the appointment the person on the phone offered up that the car was a few lightbulbs away from passing inspection (Inspection sticker was expired). I told them specifically that I was relocating out of state and didn’t care about the inspection sticker. I specifically said I didn’t care about the bulbs or inspection. When I pick my car up there’s a fresh inspection sticker on it and my bill included the bulbs I said not to install. Did a fine job on the work I requested, but watch out cause they will do extra work you requested they not do and then charge you for it. $60 lesion in making sure my communication with the shop was clear.

Started off good with them fixing a few big jobs on my jeep and they went well but having them replace a water pump and heater cooling hose on same vehicle on 12/10/2024 after picking it up and driving or so for a day i had no heat and my jeep was completely overheating which it never did with prior leak before they so called fixed the issue it was also leaking coolant from new spots and causing my engine to smoke then they act like they are soooo busy to take it back in after you have already paid your hard earned money to them they take it back but now i leave with an check engine light on which has never been on my dash i had to go ask them about it before i could even leave the parking lot what kind of shop wouldn’t mention a new issue the code came back for an oil pressure sensor i believe they’re creating more problems to take money from customers down the line i loved this place but will now stay far away and tell others the same
